Abstract

Evfemizmlar zamonga va insonlarning madaniy jihatdan o`zgarishiga qarab o`zgarib, moslashib boradigan jumlalar hisoblanadi. Quyidagi maqolada uni o`rgangan olimlarning unga bergan turli ta`riflari va ularning bir necha turlari yoritib beriladi. Ham o`zbek, ham ingliz siyosiy jurnallarida chop etilgan siyosiy shaxslarning nutqidagi evfemizmlar o`zbek va ingliz tilida tarjima qilib izohlanadi.
