Abstract

Экспериментал тажриба намуналари тайёрланган алюминий загатовкалари 1,5 микрон ва 0,2 микрон қалинликдаги вакуумли Al/Ta плёнкали тизимлардан иборат эди. ААО матрицалари Al қатламларини 0,4 М оксалат (ШК) сувли эритмаларида, малоник (МК) ва ортофосфор (ОФК) кислоталарининг доимий оқим зичлиги 6 мА/см2 га тенг бўлган икки босқичли анодлаш усули билан ҳосил қилинган, анодлаш потенциаллари мос равишда 45, 90 ва 150 В ни ташкил этган. Натижада турли хил тешик ўлчамлари ва 1,2 микрон оксиди қалинлиги билан тартибланган нанопороз матрицалар ҳосил бўлди.
