Abstract

Semikarbazid va salitsil angidrididan olingan yangi semikarbazid hosilalarini taxmin qilingan biologik faollik va oʼtkir zaharligini in silico usuli yordamida oʼrganildi hamda baholandi. Tadqiqotga koʼra, oʼrganilayotgan komplekslar keng koʼlamli bioaktivlikni namoyish qilish potentsialiga yega va past zaharlidir, bu komplekslar nojoʼya taʼsirlarni keltirib chiqarish yehtimoli past yekanligini koʼrsatadi.
