Abstract

Dunyoda mashinasozlik sohasida murakkab tuzilishli, ishlov berish qiyin bo‘lgan, issiqbardosh material qotishmalaridan turli detallar ishlab chiqarishda qo‘llanilmoqda. Bunday qotishmalarga ishlov berish uchun maxsus xususiyatli, yеyilishga bardoshli, murakkab geometriyali frezalardan foydalaniladi. Shu bilan birga ion plazmali ya’ni kimyoviy-termik ishlov berish va qoplama qoplash yo‘li bilan ishlov berishga asoslangan usullar yordamida kesuvchi asbobning ishchi yuza qatlamini modifikatsiyalashga alohida e’tibor qaratilmoqda.
