СТРУКТУРНО-ФУНКЦИОНАЛЬНЫЕ ВЗАИМООТНОШЕНИЯ ИММУНОКОМПЕТЕНТНЫХ КЛЕТОК МОЛОЧНОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ САМОК С ХРОНИЧЕСКИМ ГЕПАТИТОМ И ТОНКОГО КИШЕЧНИКА ПОТОМСТВА В ДИНАМИКЕ ЛАКТАЦИИ

Abstract
Исследовано влияние хронического гепатита у матерей на взаимосвязь количественных изменений иммунокомпетентных клеток (ИККл) молочной железы кормящих самок и тонкого кишечника крысят в период их молочного вскармливания и на фоне хронического токсического гепатита. Установлено, что клеточно-тканевые взаимоотношения между ИККл материнской молочной железы и ИККл тонкой кишки потомства, в ранние периоды лактации направлены на обеспечение иммунного гомеостаза тонкой кишки, регрессирующие по мере развития иммунной системы тонкой кишки. Хронический токсический гепатит матери спсобствует задержке развития структурных компонентов и иммунной системы тонкого кишечника потомства, что может служить причиной иммунодефицита потомства в период ранннего постнатального онтогенеза.
