Abstract

UB mintaqasidagi yutilish spektrlariga asoslanib, pH<4 da alloksanning suvdagi eritmalari barqaror ekanligi ma’lum. Dialuron kislota alloksanning qaytarilish mahsuloti ekanligi elektrokimyoviy va yutilish spektrlari yordamida isbotlangan. Bundan tashqari, hosil bo'lgan konjugatning assimilyatsiya tasmasi borligi, lekin elektroaktiv emasligi aniqlandi.


Alloksan (2,4,5,6-tetraoksipirimidin, 5,6-dioksiurasil yoki metoksalil karbamid) to'rt gidroksi guruhiga ega azot o'z ichiga olgan geterotsiklik birikma bo'lib, olti a'zoli halqali quyidagi molekulyar tuzilishga ega:
