Abstract

Ushbu tezisda mamlakatimizda qabul qilinayotgan aniq maqsad va vazifalarni o‗zida jamlagan farmon va qarorlar, tasdiqlangan dasturlar ijrosi ta‘minlash maqsadida qattiq maishiy chiqindilar bilan bog‗liq ishlarni amalga oshirish sohasida bajarilgan ilmiy - tadqiqot ishlari to‗g‗risida ma‘lumotlar keltirilgan.
