Abstract

Fotoelementlar ichki yorugʻlik energiyasini elektr (samarali) energiyasiga aylantiradi. Binobarin, xona sharoitida qoʻllash uchun maxsus quyosh elementlar kelajakdagi simsiz datchikli tarmoqlarning qurilmalar bilan bogʻliq (quvvatlantirish) muammosini hal qilish uchun mos variant boʻlishi mumkin. Ochiq va yopiq muhitda yorugʻlikning nurlanishi oʻrtasida farq bor. Tashqi muhitda yorugʻlik manbai quyoshdir va uning nurlanish intensivligi juda yuqori (100 MVt/sm2), ichki yorugʻlikning nurlanish intensivligi esa quyosh nuriga nisbatan 10-1000 baravar past boʻladi
