Abstract

Maqolada gidrouzelni loyihalangan paytidan boshlab qurilish va ekspluatatsiya qilish davrlarida barcha gidrotexnika inshootlarni xavfsizligi va ishonchliligini ta’minlaydigan tadbirlar bajarilishi ko‘zda tutilgan. Gidrotexnika ishootlarining talab qilinadigan xavfsizligi, har bir muayyan hol uchun chegaraviy holatni belgilangan me’yorlari bo‘yicha, xavfsizlik mezonlari bilan aniqlanadigan qator shartlarni bajarilishi o‘rganilgan va shu inshootlarni xavfsizligi va ishonchliligini ta’minlaydigan chora-tadbirlar ishlab chiqilgan.
