Abstract

Zamonaviy oliy ta’lim muhandislik oliy о‘quv yurtlari о‘qituvchilarining pedagogik mahorati va uning shakllanish jarayoni haqidagi yaxlit nazariy bilimlar tizimiga juda muhtoj. Ushbu ehtiyoj muhandislik-pedagogik faoliyat sifatini oshirishda о‘qituvchilarni tayyorlashning yetakchi tarkibiy qismi sifatida ustuvor vazifaga aylanmoqda. Bu muhandislik ta’limini yangilash shartlari bilan belgilanadi shu maqsadda. Texnika oliy о‘quv yurtlari о‘qituvchilarining pedagogik mahoratini shakllantirish va takomillashtirish jarayonini ochib beruvchi uslubiy asoslar va konseptual nazariy qoidalar ishlab chiqildi; uning mohiyati, mazmuni, tuzilishi, mezonlari va kо‘rsatkichlari aniqlandi; muhandislik-texnika oliy о‘quv yurtlari о‘qituvchilarining pedagogik mahoratini oshirishning asosiy qonuniyatlari, qarama-qarshiliklari va tamoyillari aniqlandi va asoslandi.
