Abstract

Общеизвестно, что плоды являются важными источниками ряда минеральных элементов, содержат водо-растворимые сахара, органические кислоты, клетчатку, пектиновые и белковые вещества. Выявлены также бактерицидные и лечебные свойства многих фруктов. Эти разнообразные качества плодов делают их необходимой составной частью рациона питания людей.
